We do collect e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail and use the information to send out periodical newsletters. To be removed from our newsletter list simply send us an e-mail and ask to be removed. Catalogue We do not have a printed catalogue, the website is our catalogue. Minimum Order There is no minimum order for this site but please be aware that because of the high shipping costs, small quantity orders might exceed the total cost of the product. Pricing All prices are in Canadian dollars and we only ship within Canada and the USA. We are required to collect 5% GST on all orders shipped within Canada. Products and pricing are subject to change without notice. The prices on our web page are already our lowest possible prices but if you need to order a large quantity of any product or an item that is not currently available on our website please telephone (866 989-3114) ask for Rosa and we can discuss it. Payment We conduct business under the following companies:
At this time we only accept PayPal for our on line orders. Shipping There is a $3.95 shipping and handling fee applied to all shipments. Our shipping rates are based on Canada Post regions with 12% added to an order for shipping in Western Canada and 15% for all other Canadian regions. All orders going to the United States will be charged 20%. Currently we only ship to Canada or the United States. We will ship your orders within 3 to 8 business days but in the event of an unavoidable delay you will be notified. We do close our store periodically and we will post a notice on our front page to let our customers know. Your order will be shipped from St. Albert, AB, Canada by Canada Post or UPS. If you prefer an alternate carrier or would like to pick your order up in person please e-mail us when you place your order so that we can adjust your shipping costs. Please note that some exceptions may apply on shipping charges for items that are oversized or overweight. We will notify you to confirm the extra charges if applicable. Damaged Goods Glass is not insurable and is therefore shipped at buyers own risk although all items are personally packaged for safety and shipped securely to ensure customer satisfaction. If you receive a package that appears damaged please write Damaged on the shipping slip and if possible take a photograph of the box before opening. Keep all packing materials, including interior and exterior in case the carrier needs to see the condition of the box at the delivery site. To return a damaged item or an item sent in error, please notify us within 3 days and we will issue you a RA number. Returns We do not accept returns unless the product arrived damaged due to our negligence or there was a shipping error on our part. Warranties A.R.T. Enterprises Ltd. does not provide warranties for products. Products that have warranties are the responsibility of the manufacturer and should be contacted directly. We will gladly help provide manufacturer contact information if it is available to us. Back Orders When an item runs out we do not automatically back order it. If you would like to be notified when an item is back in stock please e-mail us. Special Orders If you cannot find what you are looking for on our site please contact us and we will be happy to add your requested item to our next order. From time to time we will send out an e-mail to our customers with special orders at greatly reduced prices. To participate, customers must notify us within the designated time frame and pay a 50% deposit when ordering, balance due upon delivery. Links A.R.T.
